Applications

0.6/1 kV XLPE Insulated, PVC Sheathed Armored Flame Retardant Power & Control Cables (Multicore) are

used as fixed installation cables in various electromechanical and electronic equipments of marine vehicle.Usable

at all conditions in marine environment such as dry, wet or oily locations. The copper overall screen can reduce

the electromagnetic interference. Galvanized steel wire braided shield provides protection against mechanical

stress and rodents. Due to its' flame retardant feature, it prevents the fire from spreading around. Thus it

protects human life and equipment, during a fire.

Construction

0.6/1 kV XLPE Insulated, PVC Sheathed Armored Flame Retardant Power & Control Cables (Multicore)

Conductors:Class 2 stranded copper conductor. (Class 5 is upon request)

Insulation:Halogen-free, flame retardant, cross linked polyethylene compound.

Seperator:Seperating foil.

Overall Screen:Copper wire braided.

Bedding:Flame retardant and oil resistant PVC based compound (ST2).

Armor:Galvanized steel wire braided.

Outer Sheath:Flame retardant and oil resistant PVC based compound (ST2). Black or grey.

Core Identification

Two cores:Blue, Brown.

Three cores:Brown, Black, Grey.

Four cores:Blue, Brown, Black, Grey.

Five cores:Blue, Brown, Black, Grey, Black.

Multi cores:White with black numbers.

With yellow/green (optional)

Two cores + earth (3G):Yellow/green, Blue, Brown.
