Coaxial Cables

Coaxial Cables

RG 11

Application:

Often called coax for short, coaxial cables are a must-have for transmitting audio/video and broadband signals.

Getting the right type matters a lot if you want to send and receive data over distance without losing too much

signal strength along the way. The four main types you'll come across are RG6, RG58, RG59, and RG11.

Thicker and far less pliable than RG6 or RG59, this coaxial cable is designed primarily for outdoor and

underground use. Its bigger conductor enables it to handle HD video and high-frequency signals, and to reach

farther without sacrificing signal quality.
